We organised two workshops for BiZZdesign, where we came together with the relevant staff members to analyse the market position and market potential of BiZZdesign’s training courses. We then compiled a marketing plan with firm targets and actions which the organisation immediately started implementing in order to create substantial growth in its training business.

VLC is a fast-growing consultancy in the field of Enterprise Content/Information Management. When one of the partners decided to take a four month sabbatical, Budeco was brought in to reinforce the sales function, by introducing new sales and pre-sales activities. For instance, we organised a successful event which resulted in 120 new contacts.
Comaea is a Swedish company which helps organisations by offering a system for competence management. After their success in Sweden, they are looking to expand internationally, starting in the Netherlands. Budeco arranged their market introduction, the highlight of which was a stand at Performa, the HR trade show. The introduction was so successful that Comaea Netherlands is now in the process of establishing a Dutch sales company.
